Lead ACV’s enterprise data platform with governance and cloud infrastructure expertise, reporting to the head of IT in this operational leadership role. The Manager, Enterprise Data Platform and Governance leads teams building, operating, scaling, and securing core data infrastructure. This role oversees ETL/ELT pipelines, transformation layers, governance, and compliance. It connects IT with business units to make secure, high-quality data available across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scalable ETL/ELT ingestion from disparate data sources
- Manage raw, curated, and semantic transformation layers
- Own platform reliability, performance, availability, and incident escalation
- Define enterprise governance, security, quality,



and lineage practices
- Lead platform strategy, team development, and business use-case prioritization

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of data platform or analytics experience
- 5+ years managing teams and delivery
- Experience with lake, lakehouse, or warehouse architectures
- Fluency in French and English, verbal and written Bring platform leadership, governance authority, and business alignment to ACV’s secure, reliable enterprise data infrastructure.
