Lead fibre installation and repair operations with Execulink Telecom in Burgessville or Thedford, Ontario, combining technical expertise with people leadership. Support network quality, safety, and service excellence across communities. This permanent, full time supervisor leads Installation & Repair Technicians and Specialists across fibre, wireless coax, copper, and CLEC networks. The work combines hands-on technical support, coaching, process improvement, and customer assistance. You will help develop training, monitor performance, and support implementation practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Installation & Repair team functioning
- Support fibre, coax, copper, and CLEC network work

- Develop training programs, agendas, and team meetings
- Supervise cabling, inspections, repairs, and service testing

Requirements:
- Experience working in a fibre plant
- Minimum three years’ industry experience
- Valid G license with clean driving record
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
