As a senior individual contributor, you will manage customer and subcontractor agreements across their full lifecycle. The work includes contractual interpretation, amendments, risk mitigation, and collaboration with program management, finance, legal, and supply chain. You will also mentor Contracts team members without direct supervisory responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and closeout activities
- Negotiate agreements, changes, non-routine issues, and contractual terms

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
