Lead technology due diligence for RSM’s Deal Services practice, applying financial modeling and transaction analysis in a hybrid workstyle. Guide clients through complex technology decisions. As a Manager, you will lead client-facing consulting engagements for private equity and strategic clients. Analyze IT costs, business applications, transaction models, and technology workstreams. Your work supports diligence, integration, separation, and transaction closing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings, timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence
- Develop financial models for transaction costs and synergies
- Analyze ERP, CRM, HRIS, and application dispositioning




- Lead post-close technology workstreams across integration and separation
- Produce diligence reports and executive-level cost-driver readouts

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Six to eleven years of experience
- Client-facing consulting engagement experience
- Private equity or strategic transaction experience preferred
- Technology diligence or post-close leadership experience preferred Bring technology diligence, financial modeling, and client leadership skills to RSM’s nationally recognized Deal Services practice.
