Lead Planet Fitness district operations from Calgary with financial management and field leadership. This full time position requires extensive travel between clubs. IGNITE Fitness Holdings seeks a District Manager reporting to the Regional Director in Field Operations. You will drive district sales and profit plans, uphold Planet Fitness standards, and support member and team satisfaction. The work emphasizes communication, coaching, customer service, and operational execution across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results and manage district profit plans
- Visit clubs, assess performance, and review operational checklists
- Assign employees to meet district goals and staffing needs
- Conduct general manager reviews and employee performance actions




- Travel across district clubs, including possible overnight stays

Requirements:
- At least three years preferred in multi-unit general management
- Experience developing productive management teams through effective coaching
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Clean driving record and residence in managed market
- Availability for occasional weekend shifts and extensive travel Use financial oversight, coaching, and customer service leadership to strengthen Planet Fitness clubs throughout the Calgary district.
