This pharmacist assignment focuses on patient-centered care, professional clinical services, and consistent experiences across locations. You will tailor counselling to patient needs, collaborate with colleagues, and support health and wellness programs.

The work also includes workflow efficiency, prescription safety, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage across Fusion to provide consistent pharmacy experiences
- Tailor therapy counselling to patient and caregiver concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues on professional programs
- Provide disease management and medication adherence services
- Understand pharmacy programs and match patient needs

Requirements:

- Recognized Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Provincial Licensed Pharmacist registration in good standing
- Injection Certification and First Aid Certification
- Kroll software experience is preferred
- Commitment to required pharmacy training

Use patient education, clinical services, and cooperative pharmacy practice to support Fusion patients throughout the regional territory.
