As Environmental Services Supervisor, you maintain residence systems, equipment, furnishings, grounds, and outdoor areas. Your work contributes directly to residents’ quality of life through cleanliness, hazard awareness, and dependable facility functioning. The position also coordinates suite preparation and maintenance-related support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain residence appearance, cleanliness, and secure operating conditions
- Address hazards and report potential health and safety concerns
- Maintain gardens, remove snow, and apply salt outdoors
- Prepare suites and coordinate repairs for new move-ins




- Provide exceptional service to residents, families, suppliers, and visitors

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
- At least two years in maintenance operations
- Building maintenance, trades, or related training preferred
- Resident-focused approach aligned with Verve Senior Living’s mission
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
