Lead SMART Technologies product cybersecurity through SSDLC expertise, threat modeling, and secure architecture across cloud, web, and connected products. This hands-on role spans desktop and embedded software. As SMART’s product security subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership across vulnerability management, security architecture, and cybersecurity governance. You will translate security requirements into engineering processes, technical controls, and development practices. The role partners with Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Quality, Information Systems, suppliers, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement of SMART’s Secure Software Development Lifecycle Facilitate threat modeling, architecture reviews,



and risk assessments Coordinate vulnerability remediation across engineering teams Maintain product security requirements, standards, and governance Support regulatory readiness, audits, and certification activities Requirements:

8+ years in software engineering, application security, or cybersecurity Experience implementing or operating SSDLC programs Experience with threat modeling and vulnerability management Understanding of cloud software, APIs, authentication, and supply chains Ability to influence leaders and engineering teams without direct authority Bring product security leadership, SSDLC expertise, and risk-based judgment to SMART Technologies’ evolving product portfolio.
