Lead strategic communications for the Town of Oakville, using corporate communications, media relations, and public engagement expertise across diverse municipal clients. As a Senior Communications Advisor, you will advise Town departments while developing and implementing internal and external communications plans. Your work will support reputation management, crisis communications, social media, marketing, and community-focused initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Communications, you will provide senior-level counsel and communication support. Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom communications plans for departmental initiatives Write media briefs, releases, web content, and newsletters Manage collateral projects, budgets, approvals, and vendors Coordinate media inquiries, opportunities,
