Create engaging activities for seniors as a Program Aide, combining strong organization, communication, and resident-focused recreational programming. The Program Aide reports to the Programs Manager and contributes to interdisciplinary planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position develops creative programs, special events, outings, and community-based activities that respond to residents’ assessed recreation and rehabilitation needs. Accurate records, care plan updates, and effective relationships remain central.

Key Responsibilities

and media communications Participate in care conferences and department meetings

Requirements:
