Your work will span transaction execution, valuation, due diligence, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and time zones. Three to five years of relevant transaction experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or related field Proficiency building merger and discounted cash flow models Understanding of capital budgeting, financial statements, and valuation Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Apply corporate development, transaction analysis, financial modeling, and communication skills to Sun Life’s global growth initiatives.
