Responsibilities include new hire curriculum, growth mindset learning, cross-functional training, Studio operations, and agency partnership management. The position also supports retail and sales integration, Dealer Network communications, and process improvements. Success requires collaboration, adaptability, organization, and robust communication. Develop and execute Dealer Manager new hire curriculum Build future-ready learning in Power BI and analytics Create cross-functional training with business stakeholders Optimize Studio operations and manage training agency partnership Lead Dealer Network and Wholesale training execution Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required Advanced degree in business or marketing preferred Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau experience beneficial Ability to adapt to new responsibilities quickly Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Use training leadership, collaboration, analytics, and communication skills to develop GM Canada’s dealer capabilities.
