Support PwC clients with Oracle Payroll implementation, functional design, and payroll reconciliation expertise. Apply broad Oracle HCM knowledge across business and IT consulting engagements. As an Oracle Payroll Lead, you will provide consulting services from discovery through go-live and post-production hypercare. You will configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, assess requirements, support integrations and conversions, and guide related HCM modules. The position requires independent delivery and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and lead payroll fit-gap analysis sessions Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions Support security, integrations, data conversion, reporting, and testing Collaborate on project plans, RAID logs, estimates,
and status reporting Guide impacts across Core HR, Absence, Time, Perks, and Compensation Requirements:
Minimum six years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience Experience delivering at least two end-to-end payroll implementations Payroll reconciliation experience across two full projects through go-live Ability to analyze explicit and implicit business requirements Ability to work independently, collaborate, and develop colleagues Use Oracle Payroll implementation, analysis, and reconciliation skills to help PwC clients achieve effective HCM solutions.
