Transform FISPAN’s PMO operating model with portfolio governance and revenue oversight in downtown Vancouver. Lead scalable delivery practices for growing bank partnerships. As Manager, PMO, you will rebuild the function for growth across FISPAN’s bank-delivery portfolio. The role combines portfolio governance, financial governance, executive communication, and multi-tiered people leadership. You will establish repeatable delivery practices, support operating-model transitions, and strengthen organizational depth. Key Responsibilities:

Own intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across the bank-delivery portfolio Lead and develop a multi-tiered project management organization Track revenue forecasts, benefits realization,



and delivery performance KPIs Create reusable playbooks, service offerings, and delivery intelligence Partner with Finance on scalable revenue governance and reporting Requirements:

10+ years in program or project management 4–5 years directly owning a PMO function Experience transforming PMO operating models during growth Robust executive communication and stakeholder management skills PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program-management certification Bring PMO transformation, portfolio governance, financial oversight, and people leadership to FISPAN’s growing delivery organization.
