We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team and play an important role in our continued success.

What You'll Do As our Finance Manager, you'll guide customers through one of the most important parts of their vehicle purchase. You'll help make the financing and delivery process straightforward, transparent, and enjoyable while working closely with the Sales Team to drive dealership performance.

Responsibilities include:

Guide customers through the financing and vehicle delivery process, making sure they feel informed, confident, and well taken care of

Present financing solutions, extended warranties, and vehicle protection products that meet our customers' needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options

Structure deals, maximize opportunities, and help drive overall dealership performance

Complete all finance, licensing, warranty, and registration documentation accurately and efficiently





Work closely with the Sales Team to create a seamless experience from the initial customer interaction through delivery

Coach and support Sales Consultants on finance products, deal structure, and the overall customer experience

Ensure all transactions meet dealership policies, lender requirements, and industry regulations

Support daily dealership operations and leadership responsibilities, including opening and closing when required

You bring:

Experience in automotive finance, sales, or dealership management

Solid leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

A customer-first mindset and a commitment to honesty, integrity, and transparency

The ability to structure deals, find solutions, and work through challenges

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and lender portals

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
