Lead operational accounting, IFRS compliance, and internal controls across multiple sectors in a senior Director position reporting to the Vice President, Accounting. This Director, Operations Accounting role oversees financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and accounting governance across a complex, multi-entity setting. You will partner with Operations, support audits, and develop accounting professionals. The position also advances standardized processes, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop Sector Controllers, Controllers, and Accountants Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes Ensure IFRS, policy,



and internal control compliance Review reconciliations and resolve balance sheet issues Implement standardized, scalable accounting process improvements Requirements:
