Build AI agents and automations for Stripe’s Sales Development team, improving workflow speed and quality through hands-on development. Work directly with users. As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you will understand Sales Development processes, then create tools tailored to daily work. You will partner with representatives, managers, and leaders while measuring measurable improvements. The work includes AI development platforms, workflow automation, and API integrations. You will also collaborate across engineering, analytics, and operations when production systems, sensitive data, or long-term ownership are involved. Key Responsibilities:

Identify high-leverage Sales Development workflows and their inputs Build custom AI tools, agents, automations,



and skills Prioritize builds with Sales Development leaders Ship working versions and improve them from user feedback Measure time saved, quality, and newly enabled work Requirements:

Three-plus years requiring diagnostic thinking and cross-functional collaboration Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered tools used by others Proficiency with AI platforms, agent frameworks, and integrations Robust written and verbal communication skills Comfort managing multiple workstreams and relationships Apply AI practitioner expertise, workflow transformation, and clear communication to accelerate Stripe Sales Development work.
