As Manager, Legal Claims, you will oversee in-house Lawyers and guide their employee experience. You will collaborate with Claims Adjusters and management on challenging files, strategy, and operations. Your work will include coaching, quality reviews, change management, and productivity analysis. Key Responsibilities:

LL.B or J.D. degree Good standing with Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society Knowledge of Nova Scotia Civil Procedure Rules Insurance and related law knowledge Experience leading large teams and driving change Bring litigation leadership, communication, and project management expertise to Intact’s in-house legal claims team in Dartmouth.
