You will shape roadmaps, funding, governance, delivery, adoption, and value realization. The work connects Business, Technology, Enterprise AI, Finance, Risk, and senior leadership around priorities, dependencies, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Translate GTO priorities into executable strategies, roadmaps, and outcomes Lead integrated AI and Automation program governance across GTO Prioritize initiatives based on value, readiness, scalability, and risk Manage funding allocation, business cases, and success criteria Report performance,



dependencies, risks, and decisions to executives Requirements:

Eight or more years across strategy, transformation, technology, AI, or related disciplines Experience leading complex cross-functional AI or transformation programs Robust financial acumen and business case evaluation experience Understanding of AI platforms and modern AI solution patterns Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities Shape Manulife’s AI agenda through strategy, governance, funding, delivery oversight, and measurable value realization across GTO.
