Lead Therapeutic Dermatology marketing strategy in Canada with Galderma, using brand planning, commercial execution, and portfolio leadership. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will direct marketing across established brands and recent product launches. You will lead marketing professionals while partnering with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and global teams. The purpose is to deliver commercial priorities and support business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies and brand plans across the portfolio Lead launches, indication expansions, and lifecycle management Coach and develop the marketing team Oversee budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field At least seven years of healthcare marketing experience Experience managing multiple brands and product launches Previous people management and coaching experience Understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical market Bring commercial leadership, dermatology knowledge, and cross-functional marketing expertise to Galderma's Canadian therapeutic portfolio.
