Coordinate Canadian NG911 implementation through requirements, procurement, integration, and operational readiness across multiple dispatch centres. Travel is required. As a Senior Project Manager/Leader, you will guide complex solution delivery for CACC management and PSAP user communities. The work combines 911 technology expertise, business policy assessment, system integration, and project controls. You will support training coordination, communications, user acceptance testing, monitoring, and implementation planning. Key Responsibilities:

Develop NG911 solution requirements, specifications, and implementation plans Facilitate procurement and create complex business cases Assess operational and policy impacts for NG911 implementation Coordinate steering committees, stakeholder forums,



and project reporting Source resources and clarify deliverables, roles, and expectations Requirements:

Experience with Canadian NG911 infrastructure and ESInet Knowledge of CAD, PSAP connectivity, and archival solutions Understanding of voice, video, text, data, IP, and telecommunications technologies Experience identifying risks, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans Experience communicating with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders Bring NG911 implementation, public safety operations, and cross-functional project leadership experience to this hybrid senior assignment.
