As Manager, Business Resilience, you will deliver complex engagements through BDO's National Business Resilience practice. You will guide all-hazards programs spanning business impact analysis, crisis management, emergency management, and climate resiliency. The position also emphasizes client relationships, consultant development, and AI-enabled delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex business resilience engagements from start to finish Facilitate workshops, tabletop exercises,



and full-scale simulations Develop methodologies aligned with recognized resilience standards Maintain client relationships and execute service plans Coach consultants while supporting resourcing and capacity planning Requirements:

University degree in risk, emergency management, business, or related field At least five years practicing business continuity or resilience At least three years managing engagements and teams Robust project management and stakeholder communication skills Knowledge of ISO 22301, CSA Z1600, DRII, or BCI Apply business continuity, crisis management, client leadership, and team development expertise as BDO's Business Resilience Manager.
