Coordinate quality construction projects through site scheduling, issue resolution, and consultant communication as Kindred Construction’s Site Assistant Superintendent. Working under limited supervision, this construction management position partners with a Project Manager and consultants. You will establish site workflows, clarify plans, manage site issues, and maintain communication with contractors and clients. The work calls for organization, initiative, and independent judgment. Key Responsibilities:

Set up site offices and build positive affected-party relationships Resolve site-related issues and clarify construction requirements Establish contractor schedules, workflows,



and priorities Develop scopes for purchase orders and change orders Record daily reports, timesheets, and progress photos Requirements:

Five or more years of technical role experience Experience with projects up to $10 million Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills Current knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations Intermediate Occupational First Aid with transport endorsement Bring organized project coordination, construction knowledge, and practical problem-solving to Kindred Construction’s active jobsite teams.
