Shape AI and machine learning solutions at Smile Digital Health while working in Agile two week sprints on healthcare data products. As a Senior Software Developer, you will guide AI strategy and build software components atop Smile’s FHIR based platform. You will support customer specific requirements through scalable solutions, architecture, prototypes, and production implementation. The Smile Labs team contributes to Product Department initiatives across more than 20 countries. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the team’s AI and machine learning subject matter expert Document AI strategy and align it with product objectives Shape project scope, milestones, and solution design Implement solutions, configure components,



and prototype technologies Write code, unit tests, and technical documentation Requirements:

Six or more years in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering Design experience with complex end-to-end software architectures Two or more years implementing advanced AI solutions Experience with semantic matching, RAG, and document parsing Experience designing and deploying agentic systems Bring AI strategy, architecture, coding, and testing expertise to Smile Digital Health’s healthcare data platform.
