Lead IFRS reporting and financial operations as a Financial Controller in Downtown Vancouver, working fully in office across Canadian and US operations. This permanent, full-time Financial Controller reports to the Senior Director, Finance. You will lead accounting professionals, oversee reporting, and strengthen controls. The role combines CPA-level accounting expertise, people leadership, and process improvement within a publicly traded, direct-to-consumer retail organization. Key Responsibilities:
