This Operations Manager oversees an assigned portfolio for BGIS, coordinating tenant relationships and service delivery. The work includes property management, facility operations, project management, health and safety, and emergency preparedness. The manager supports landlord and client objectives through tenant retention programs, inspections, reporting, and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:
