Shape FLINT construction execution through industrial planning, WorkFace Planning, and technical document interpretation across fabrication and field activities. As Senior Project Planner / Estimator, you will review scopes, priorities, and execution strategies before work begins. You will define installation requirements, sequence activities, and maintain documentation aligned with fabrication and field priorities. The position coordinates with technical experts and stakeholders to resolve planning constraints and support requests for proposals. Key Responsibilities:

Review estimate assumptions, scope, and execution strategies Identify fabrication, installation, and dimensional requirements Maintain FIWPs with drawings, materials, and revisions Validate material availability,



lead times, and substitutions Prepare estimate deliverables for proposal responses Requirements:

10+ years in construction, fabrication, or field execution Robust knowledge of Path of Construction principles Understanding of work packaging and WorkFace Planning Experience coordinating stakeholders and resolving constraints Technical education or relevant journeyperson certification Bring construction planning, work packaging, technical interpretation, and coordination skills to FLINT’s industrial project teams.
