Lead CN track maintenance operations through safety compliance, workforce supervision, and railroad engineering across an assigned territory. Travel frequently while managing changing conditions. This Supervisor Track Maintenance position manages track inspection, repairs, and replacement of rails, ties, switches, and ballast. You will oversee Assistant Track Supervisors, track gangs, inspectors, and hi-rail operations. The work combines operational leadership, budget management, labour relations, and communication with senior management. Responsibilities follow CN’s operating plan, policies, Transport Canada rules, and Federal Railroad Administration guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
