Lead technology operations for BCI in Victoria or Vancouver, shaping cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled services, and modern engineering practices. As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will report to the SVP, Technology & Innovation and CTO. Lead approximately 32 people across cloud and infrastructure, digital workplace, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. Help evolve BCI’s future-state technology platform within an AI-first business. Apply strategic vision, technical credibility, curiosity, and influence to challenge established thinking. Guide continued innovation across a stable, well-managed technology foundation. Key Responsibilities:
