We’re looking for a Leadership Development Partner to grow BLG in Saint John, New Brunswick.

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build relationships, develop leaders, and grow a local leadership community.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-based opportunity to build and lead BLG’s presence in the Saint John region, supported by our brand, leadership development programs, systems, and coaching community.

You’ll take ownership of developing the local market from the first conversation with a prospective client to their ongoing leadership growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build relationships with business owners, executives, and rising leaders.
- Identify opportunities and enroll clients in BLG leadership development programs.
- Facilitate programs and coach clients toward meaningful goals.
- Develop long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and continued growth.
- Create opportunities for local leaders to connect and learn together.
- Represent BLG’s values of humility, hunger, and honesty.

You’re someone who

- Believes leadership starts with how you serve others.




- Enjoys building relationships and is comfortable initiating sales conversations.
- Takes initiative and follows through without needing daily direction.
- Has experience in leadership, business development, coaching, facilitation, or a related field.
- Is committed to your own personal and professional growth.
- Lives in the Saint John region or has strong connections to the local business community.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based role, with earnings tied to business generated and coaching delivered. The compensation structure and territory details will be discussed during the interview process.
