Your roleYou’ll build and maintain client relationships while developing your book of business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable coverage.
- Preparing quotes and guiding clients through applications and binding.
- Providing responsive service for renewals, policy changes, and ongoing inquiries.
- Identifying additional insurance needs and opportunities to strengthen client protection.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following regulatory, insurer, and brokerage requirements.
- Participating in training and coaching to strengthen your skills.

- RIBO licensed in Ontario.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable with commission-based earnings.
