Yaletown Law Corporation is a boutique firm in Vancouver's Yaletown with a busy real estate and lending practice. We're a small team, and we look after our clients and each other.

The role

We're looking for an experienced conveyancer to run residential and commercial real estate files from start to finish. You'll own your files: opening them, reviewing contracts, preparing Form A transfers and Form B mortgages, drafting statements of adjustment, filing with the Land Title Office through myLTSA, handling payouts and discharges, and seeing each deal through to post-closing. You'll work closely with our lawyers, lenders, realtors and clients.

What we need

- Several years of hands-on BC real estate conveyancing. This is a full conveyancing role, not support work on real estate files.




- Your conveyancing experience must be in British Columbia, including LTSA filings and BC Online searches.
- A solid track record with one firm. We'd like to see that you've spent a few years at a firm and grown there.
- Experience with private lending and mortgage files is a big plus.
- Comfort with conveyancing software (Unity, ConveyMe, Go-Veyance or similar) and trust accounting.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage a full file load against closing dates.
