As Director, Business Effectiveness, you will support the Chief Administrative Office and report to the Managing Director, Business Effectiveness. You will develop strategic initiatives, improve governance processes, and translate complex information into executive updates. Your work will connect AI infrastructure, business value, operational excellence, and Capital Markets objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a prioritized Capital Markets pipeline of AI use cases
- Document requirements, benefits, and delivery priorities for AI initiatives
- Prepare progress updates for senior executive leadership




- Lead strategic initiatives supporting growth and operational excellence
- Analyze processes and recommend data driven improvements

Requirements:

- 10+ years of financial services experience within Capital Markets
- Knowledge of Capital Markets functions, operations, and products
- Business management, business effectiveness, or project management experience
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or an equivalent field
- Robust analytical, communication, judgment, and change implementation capabilities
