Provide direct resident care and medication administration as a part time Registered Nurse at Hillcrest Place in Brandon, Manitoba. Support seniors through coordinated nursing care.

Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness or Director of Care, this Registered Nurse maintains resident assessments, service plans, and documentation. The position includes care coordination, clinical supervision, emergency response, and communication with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care and administer medications safely
- Maintain assessments, service plans, and required documentation
- Coordinate resident care plans and nursing assignments




- Respond to significant condition changes and medical emergencies
- Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to unregulated providers

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse registration in the applicable province
- Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers
- Robust clinical knowledge and delegation abilities
- Critical thinking, communication, and care coordination skills
- Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening completed within six months
