Manage warranty claims and returns for Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd in Fort Erie, Ontario, using RMA coordination and credit reconciliation expertise.

As Warranty Manager, you will oversee end-to-end warranty processes and facilitate eligible credits, reimbursements, and replacement parts from the parent company. You will collaborate with Customer Service Representatives, warehouse teams, logistics, quality, engineering, and corporate stakeholders. The position reports to the Head of Support & Services, with a dotted line to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, submit, track, and manage RMAs and warranty claims
- Reconcile parent company credit memos and investigate discrepancies
- Guide CSRs on eligibility, troubleshooting, and required documentation
- Generate weekly and monthly warranty performance reports




- Coordinate returned-item staging, packaging, and shipping

Requirements:

- Three years' experience in warranty, returns, customer service, or vendor claims
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with RMA systems and vendor return policies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
- ERP or CRM proficiency, including Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or Zendesk
