This Staff Engineer role suits a highly experienced technical leader focused on experimentation infrastructure. You will shape technical vision, guide adoption across organizational boundaries, and balance hands-on development with leadership. The work supports product teams, data scientists, Strategy and Analytics, and other experiment users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define company-wide experimentation and measurement strategy
- Build the Eppo-powered centralized experimentation platform roadmap
- Develop lifecycle, governance, and self-service experimentation standards
- Partner with Strategy and Analytics, Product Management, and Data Science




- Establish experiment design, metric, and interpretation patterns

Requirements:

- Extensive software engineering and experimentation infrastructure experience
- Expertise designing and scaling SaaS experimentation platforms
- Deep understanding of A/B, multivariate testing, and progressive delivery
- Experience with Eppo or experimentation platforms
- Robust SQL and scalable analytical data modeling skills
