This Senior Project Methodology Specialist role supports the service transformation team as it adopts an Agile, product-oriented mindset. You will provide subject matter expertise, guide methodology and development teams, and help establish consistent practices. Responsibilities cover Agile maturity, standards, training, ceremonies, metrics, and sustainable internal capability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expertise on Agile project methods
- Acquire, customize, document, and implement IT standards
- Establish Agile metrics for performance tracking
- Prepare training materials and deliver methodology sessions




- Develop frameworks sustaining Agile practices after engagement

Requirements:

- Experience with enterprise architecture framework implementation
- Ability to lead teams toward self-organization
- Experience identifying and filling framework gaps
- Effective stakeholder management and consensus building
- Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certification
