Build Terminal’s ecosystem partnerships in Toronto, using technical fluency and commercial negotiation to connect telematics providers with application-ready data.

As Founding Partnership Lead, you will establish the partnership motion from the ground up. You will define strategy across telematics service providers, OEMs, and enrichment data providers. The work combines partner development, product integrations, and repeatable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define partner segments and targeted sourcing plans across supply-side categories
- Run discovery, technical diligence, negotiation, agreements, and launch planning
- Negotiate data rights, attribution, consent, auditability, SLAs, and commercialization
- Coordinate technical scoping, integration approaches, testing, and go-live
- Codify onboarding stages, timelines,

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in technical ecosystem or platform partnerships
- Experience closing and operationalizing partnerships beyond relationship management
- Fluency in APIs, webhooks, file exports, schemas, and normalization
- Understanding of provenance, permissioning, consent, and production reliability
- Cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Legal, and Commercial
