This Director, Operations Accounting role oversees financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and accounting governance across a complex, multi-entity environment. You will partner with Operations, support audits, and develop accounting professionals. The position also advances standardized processes, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop Sector Controllers, Controllers, and Accountants
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
- Ensure IFRS, policy, and internal control compliance
- Review reconciliations and resolve balance sheet issues




- Implement standardized, scalable accounting process improvements

Requirements:

- CPA designation or equivalent with robust IFRS knowledge
- Progressive accounting or controllership leadership experience
- Financial reporting, controls, and compliance expertise
- Team management and accounting professional development experience
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
