As a Senior Software Engineer, AI, you will design, build, operate, and evolve production systems for legal information. You will process semi-structured documents, caselaw, citations, and evaluations across jurisdictions. The work includes Python, AWS, retrieval, prompt design, model integration, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design backend services and pipelines for legal document extraction
- Build LLM workflows using OpenAI and AWS Bedrock
- Improve citation recognition, resolution, and treatment detection
- Measure model quality with heterogeneous documents and evaluation sets
- Ensure secure, observable,



reliable, cost-effective production operations

Requirements:

- Four or more years in software, backend, data, or AI systems
- Strong Python proficiency and production systems experience
- Experience with semi-structured data, extraction, classification, or entity resolution
- Knowledge of AI/ML, LLM systems, AWS, SQL, and scalable data processing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
