As a Senior Associate Private Banker, you will manage daily retail, small business, and custom Private Banking solutions. You will coach employees, oversee compliance, and support resource management within an assigned team. The position also involves advising affluent clients, managing relationships, and liaising with Private Banking Head Office on updates, enhancements, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Associates delivering exceptional personal service and advice
- Coach employees and provide feedback, direction, and support




- Evaluate borrowing needs and formulate credit proposals
- Monitor compliance metrics, controls, and operational requirements
- Manage workload and vacation coverage for consistent service

Requirements:

- Five or more years of retail or commercial banking experience
- Experience with employee development and coaching
- Experience with client service standards and change management
- University or community college degree preferred
- Ability to travel between provinces
