Lead complex IT transformation projects at BC Ferries in Victoria or Vancouver Lower Mainland, using governance, planning, and stakeholder leadership.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide enterprise technology implementations and business transformation initiatives through planning, implementation, and closure. You will work with business and technology leaders, sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams. The work supports business priorities, agreed scope, schedules, budgets, and expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex cross-functional IT projects through the full lifecycle
- Define objectives, deliverables, success measures, and delivery plans
- Manage governance, reporting, decisions, escalations, and communications
- Maintain plans, resources, risks, issues, dependencies,



and scope changes
- Lead change management supporting readiness, adoption, and transitions

Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 10–12 years of progressive project management experience
- Experience managing technology or capital projects exceeding $2 million
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, and change control
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and collaboration tools
