This full time position supports global business operations through equipment funding and budgeting coordination. You will manage change orders and invoicing, while partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams. The work includes process improvements, reporting, product catalogs, price lists, and lead times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive alignment across Planning, Sourcing, and Finance teams
- Coordinate funding and budgeting for critical equipment
- Manage order execution, change orders, and invoicing processes
- Enable delivery, supplier commitment, and purchase order reporting
- Maintain product catalogs, price lists, and lead times
Requirements:
