Lead warehousing operations and inventory control at Fleet Canada Inc. in Fort Erie, Ontario, working in person on a fixed-term contract.

This experienced manager oversees approximately 10 employees through two Lead Hands during planned leave coverage. The work spans receiving, stores, inventory accuracy and material flow. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement and Scheduling in aerospace manufacturing. Epicor ERP experience and AS9100 familiarity are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily activities across receiving, stores, supplies and tooling
- Coordinate staffing, assignments, attendance, vacations and overtime
- Coach employees and conduct performance evaluations with HR
- Oversee receiving, issuing, transfers, reconciliation and cycle counts




- Investigate ERP discrepancies and maintain material traceability controls

Requirements:

- Five years of progressive manufacturing warehousing or inventory experience
- Two years of direct people-management experience
- Experience leading teams through supervisors or Lead Hands
- ERP experience, transaction-history analysis and physical reconciliation skills
- Robust Excel, analytical judgment and cross-department communication skills
