Shape enterprise voice and data network strategies through architecture, routing, and interconnect design for Ontario Public Service telecommunications environments.

As a senior Business Architect, you will evaluate and develop large-scale networks spanning more than 1,000 sites. You will advise ITS, Cyber Security, Ministries, Clusters, Supply Chain Ontario, and vendors on architecture, security, procurement, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, routing, and voice quality characteristics
- Develop complex telecommunications Enterprise Architecture for senior executives
- Define managed services procurement technical requirements
- Assess SBC interworking, call routing, and PSTN connectivity implications
- Support deployment, implementation,



and migration of network services

Requirements:

- 10+ years analyzing 1,000+ site data and voice networks
- 10+ years in lead telecommunications services provider technical roles
- Extensive telecommunications Enterprise Architecture preparation and analysis experience
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Prior Government of Ontario Network experience is an asset
