The work combines instructional design, facilitation, learning analytics, and strategic advising. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development, you will guide flagship initiatives while supporting scalable learning solutions across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certifications preferred
- 10+ years in learning and development, design, and facilitation

- 2+ years applying artificial intelligence in learning and development
- Learning analytics, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership experience
