As an Estimator, you will plan, organize, and develop conceptual and final estimates from project start through completion. The role supports conventional tender and design-build formats for heavy civil general contracts. You may serve as Technical Lead on design-build projects and later manage project execution. Success requires applied knowledge of earthwork, structures, paving, underground, and grading practices, plus robust communication, planning, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review contracts, modifications, specifications, and drawings
- Prepare takeoff quantities using Autodesk QTO




- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Review supplier and subcontractor proposals and pricing
- Supervise and coach junior team members

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of industry experience
- Proven estimating and project management track record
- Understanding of large, complex heavy civil projects
- Ability to learn B2W and Autodesk software
- Related degree, CET Diploma, or equivalent experience
