As Principal Scientist, you will define the Neural R&D; team’s scientific and technical direction. You will advise across the organization while evaluating emerging technologies, customer needs, research trends, and competitive developments. Your work supports product development, product support, continuous improvement, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set scientific standards and mentor experienced and developing neural staff
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and external collaborators
- Lead external collaborations as a company ambassador




- Evaluate opportunities supporting portfolio strategy and current products
- Adapt scientific communications for varied internal and external audiences

Requirements:

- PhD in neuroscience, neurobiology, or related discipline
- Typically eight or more years of additional experience
- Recognized expertise in relevant Neural portfolio areas
- Established external scientific network and productive partnerships
- Exceptional communication across scientific and commercial audiences
