This senior role supports the AI Enablement Technical Lead across multiple client teams. You will mentor Developers and Quality Engineers on AI-assisted coding, testing, reviews, and delivery practices. The work includes validating generated outputs, diagnosing friction, and improving team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach technical teams on AI adoption questions
- Validate AI-generated plans and code against story outcomes
- Strengthen human reviews of code, tests, and pull requests
- Diagnose environment and AI-method friction
- Escalate blockers and recurring findings to the Technical Lead

Requirements:

- Solid software delivery experience across technology stacks
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and agentic IDE workflows
- Knowledge of AI-assisted Quality Engineering methods
- Ability to run practical enablement sessions
- Working knowledge of the A.I.D.E Framework
