Reporting to the Director of Operations, this senior manufacturing leader oversees activities within an assigned business unit. The work centers on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity performance. You will develop leaders, strengthen process discipline, support growth, and coordinate New Product Introductions with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily manufacturing activities against SQDIP targets and KPIs
- Develop workforce and capacity strategies for future expansion
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and standardized visual processes
- Drive data-based improvements in quality,



productivity, and cost
- Lead manufacturing readiness for Recent Product Introductions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Eight to ten years progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement success
- Cross-functional project management and transformation experience
- Bilingual French and English communication ability required
